WEST PITTSTON – More than 70 pampered pooches and their proud owners showed up for the opening of the first leash-free dog park in Luzerne County. Spearheaded by the “Woof Pack,” a group of animal lover graduates from Leadership Wilkes-Barre, the park’s gates officially swung open on Saturday in West Pittston.
